Sunrise Pilates on the Green

Start your Saturday with intention and impact. This is more than just movement—it’s breath, purpose, and giving back.

 Where: Juliette Falls Golf Course (by the Tiki Hut): park in the overflow lot past the clubhouse.
 When: Saturday, September 13th |  7:00 AM
 Cost: $5 + donation of school supplies

 What to Expect:
• An energetic Pilates flow led by Aimee—designed to awaken, lengthen, and ground
• A front-row seat to the sunrise over the fairway
• A meaningful way to support local students in need

 Bring:
 Yoga mat or towel (the grass is soft, but you’ll want a base)
 Water
 School supplies—pencils, notebooks, crayons, markers, etc.
