The heart of the action will be centered along West Pennsylvania Avenue, stretching just past Cedar Street. The festival also extends along Cedar Street all the way up to Walnut Street.
Where To Park
Since several streets in the Historic District will be closed to through traffic, we recommend heading to these designated parking areas.
They are all within a short walk of the festival footprint:
Dunnellon Middle School: A reliable choice for those coming from the north or west side of town.
Dunnellon Presbyterian Church: Conveniently located for easy access to the main festivities.
Practical Behavior Solutions: Another great local option to keep your walk to the vendors and stages short.
Pro-Tip:
Parking tends to fill up quickly once the Opening Ceremony and Pageant begin at 9:45 AM, so aim to arrive a bit early to snag a spot!
The Royal Rodeo Pageant Schedule
The Royal Rodeo kicks off the morning with style and tradition at 20668 W Pennsylvania Ave.
9:45 AM – Opening Ceremony: The festivities begin with a prayer by Maci Raulerson, the National Anthem performed by Kendal Dean, and a special welcome from Mayor Walter Green.

Live Music Lineup
The center for live music this year is the Main Stage located on Cedar Street, directly in front of Grumbles House & Garden Shop.

Kids Zone & Cowboys
The Family Hub
The Kid Zone is more than just a place to play—it’s a central hub for families to relax and enjoy the festival together. Located South of Pennsylvania Street on the East side of Cedar, this area is proudly hosted by River Life Church of Dunnellon.
What to Expect:
Games & Activities: River Life Church will have a team of volunteers leading various interactive games and craft stations where kids can get creative and take home a souvenir of their day.
Mini Rodeo Vibes: In keeping with our “Royal Rodeo” theme, look for activities that let the little ones practice their own cowboy skills in a safe, fun environment.
A Place for Parents: The Kid Zone is designed to be a safe, welcoming space where parents can take a breather while the kids burn off some energy.
Cowboy Shoot Out Times
Just behind the Kid Zone, catch the Cowboy Shootouts in the open field! These high-energy performances take place at:
12:00 PM
2:00 PM
