Writing on the Rainbow

May 12, 2023 @ 7:00 pm - 8:00 pm

Join us for an evening with area authors as they read excerpts from their books and talk about their amazing experiences. Featured authors are:
Rainbow Springs Art president Amy Peters Wood who will talk about her book “World Voyages” and sailing around the world with her husband and cat on their hand-built boat.
Betty Jean Steinshouer, an author, actress, and literary historian. She toured many years on the Chautauqua circuit, portraying women writers. Her book, Long Road to Red Cloud, is a study of author Willa Cather that won an International Book Award.
Mary Lu Scholl is an author of cozy mysteries — mysteries in which the violence is minimal, the sleuth is an amateur, and the setting is a small town or other socially cozy settings. She branched out to “brozies” cozy mysteries with a male sleuth.
Your host is Margo Wilson, Citrus County Chronicle freelance writer and author of  the book “The Main Ingredient” available at Rainbow Springs Art.
Seating is limited. Reservation recommended Donation is $5.00
Reserve your spot on line at rainbowspringsart.com or by calling 352-445-8547 during gallery hours Wednesday to Saturday 10-4.
